Ask AI about your dealership
Connect an AI assistant such as Claude to MH Manager and ask in plain English: "How many Facebook leads did we get last month?" Answers come from your live data, limited to what each user is allowed to see.
A complete service department
Most dealership software stops at the sale. MH Manager gives every home its own service page, from the first warranty call to getting paid by the factory.
- Work orders, to-do items and urgent issues
- Technician scheduling with drive time and mileage
- Factory service requests
- Bill-backs sent to the factory, and payments tracked until they arrive
- Parts ordered, received and charged back
Simple pricing
$250 a month
for one or two sales lots, plus $100 a month for each additional sales lot
- Unlimited users
- No contract and no setup fee
- Free trial
- Training and support from the developer himself
- New features as they're released, at no extra cost
A sales lot is a location where you sell homes; storage lots and service shops don't count. Ten or more sales lots? Get in touch for pricing.

With today's AI tools, a program that tracks leads is easy to start. The hard part comes after the sale, and that's where MH Manager has years of practice with real dealerships:
Security
Buyers' personal and financial details kept safe: roles and permissions, each user limited to their own lots, sign-ins limited to your office if you like, and a history of changes.
Contracts
Purchase agreements and closing packets your lenders accept, with trade-ins and over trades handled correctly.
The money
Floor plan interest, factory rebates, cost of sale and commissions that match your books.
Service
Work orders, factory requests and bill-backs, which most systems don't attempt.
Want something that works exactly your way? Ask. Requests are often built within days, and with the AI connection you can still build your own tools on top of your MH Manager data.
Who's behind it
I'm Jeff Lee. I managed A&L Homes, a manufactured home dealership, starting in 2002, and wrote MH Manager to run it. I'm a software developer by training, so when other dealerships asked to use it, I turned it into the program it is today.
I still do all the development and support myself, from Kentucky. When you call, you talk to the person who writes the software, and when you ask for a feature, I'm the one who builds it.
